From the moment you make contact with us, to the moment your site goes live, the process is very straight forward and we will work with you to ensure you are happy and informed at every stage.

• We take your brief and talk to you about what you need your new website to do and how you envision it working
• Together we will fill a web check sheet which will outline your requirements.
• We will then sit down in a design meeting and design your website around the concept we agree on.
• When the first draft design comes back, we then allow unlimited revisions over 3 design stages, within 7 days, till we get it right. The majority of clients only have 2 stages of change, as we try and get the information right at the initial stage, when filling the web check sheet out.
• We begin the development process and coding around your agreed design of your your new website
• You will be sent a link to your site, on our testing servers, which will include details for the e-commerce or content managed system so you can familiarise yourself with your new website before it becomes active
• Once you are satisfied that your site is working exactly how you want it to, we will begin the process of either setting up a new domain name or transferring an existing one to us.
• Your site goes ACTIVE and emails are set up as needed.
